Shipping Policy

By processing your payment & finalising your order, you accept the following terms & conditions regarding the shipping of your order.

Orders placed after 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped the following business day.

All orders will be pack and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays & extended closure periods i.e.. Christmas Hours.

Sale times may impact order processing due to a high volume of orders.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping – Orders Between $0.00 AUD & $149.99 AUD incur $10 shipping Australia Wide
Standard Shipping – Orders between $150 AUD & $249.95 incur $15 shipping Australia Wide
Standard Shipping – Orders $250 and over FREE shipping Australia Wide
Express Shipping – $25 on all orders Australia Wide

Please note all orders shipped require a signature on delivery unless we are notified otherwise. In the case where no signature on delivery has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered Moonstone Trading Co and Australia Post are removed from all responsibility as the buyer has opted out of signature on delivery.

Shipping Service

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and Tracking Information will be sent to you once order has been shipped. If any additional information is required regarding you order please email at the time of ordering to ensure the information is received before you order is shipped.

Loss, Damage & Deliver Issues

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable timeframe, please contact and we will enquire with Australia Post ASAP on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away at with photos if possible and will inform you how to proceed.

Dispatch Delays

If your order has been flagged for a security check, shipping will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card/account holder. Once this is rectified the order will then be processed for shipping again.
